A series of human resources and budget self-service products were successfully implemented for Hostos community college. These include web based Personnel action with integrated budget system, Timesheet system and Recruitment authorization system. The time spent by end-users on a transaction decreased by 53%; the time spent on the approval process decreased by 67%; the processing time spent by HR staff decreased by 80-90%; and the time spent by HR staff answering user questions decreased by over 50%. The first year savings were 58%. 

Liquidity optimization routines and administrative modules are being prototyped and developed.

A ambitious student retention system is being developed (Learners, Educators and administrator's portal). The goal is increasing student graduation and retention rates. This portal integrates with other college systems to track student progress. ConnectXcite along with Hostos team is developing this system; the initial discovery work was done by IBM consulting.

An online graduate application system for all the colleges within Hunter was implemented and rolled out.

A DataMart solution is being implemented for this leading telecommunications provider. The solution, developed by ConnectXcite, consolidates the information from the mainframe systems for reporting. ConnectXcite not only built the Datamart, but streamlined and automated the process as well. It is accessed using web based reporting tool’s resulting in substantial cost savings.
